About Me

Hi, I’m Amy - I am both a Clinical Hypnotherapist and experienced Registered Nurse who has always had a specialist interest in the way the mind and body link. The combination of clinical nursing and therapy experience has given me a greater knowledge on the different ways we can be impacted when issues arise, and allow me to tailor the therapy accordingly. I would love to help you overcome the issues that have brought you here in the first place, and very much look forward to working with you.

My Approach

Using a mixture of the latest neuroscience research, psychotherapy, positive psychology, and deep relaxation, Solution Focused Hypnotherapy is designed to help you to get to where you want to be in life, rather than being dragged down by your issues. Your therapy sessions will be with Amy, an experienced Clinical Hypnotherapist and Registered Nurse. Sessions can take place in my Private Therapy Clinic on the outskirts of Kings Lynn or you can opt for Online Therapy.

Covering a range of issues such as; Anxiety and Panic Disorder, Depression, Lack of Confidence and Motivation, Fears, Habits, Weight Management and so much more, you can get the help you need to move forwards.
