This selection is for the Recorded version of the Live Vision Board workshop taking place on 2nd January 2025.

It all begins with a vision.

Start the year by setting your intentions, becoming clear on your goals and spending some quiet, guided time to consider what your 2025 will look like.

It’s well known that vision boards prime the brain to grab opportunities that may usually go unnoticed, so join me in becoming inspired, creative and defining your next chapter.

Included in the workshop:

Approximately 90 minutes of knowledge, guidance and time to start creating your own vision board.

A confidence boosting relaxation to conclude the session.

What you’ll need:

A large piece of paper or cardboard.

Coloured pens/highlighters/whatever stationery items you love.

Pictures/cut-outs that you may find inspiring (optional - if you love a picture/visual then please do!)

A quiet, relaxing space. Set yourself your own scene - candles/low lighting/nice smells/favourite snacks/drinks.

*Please note that this is a guided experience. The recorded version will be sent to you within 48 hours of the order. the recording will then be accessible for at least 30 days after your order. You will not be able to interact, however, Amy is willing to answer any individual queries you have via email. Please also note due to it being a live and not pre recorded experience you may need to use your own backing music to any visualisations.
