This online talk provides participants with a deeper understanding of the neuroscience behind the working mind and how it influences mental wellbeing. Key topics will include the impact of anxiety and depression, with insights into how these conditions develop and manifest. Additionally, the significance of REM sleep will be explored, emphasising its crucial role in mental health. Participants will gain insight into strategies for enhancing sleep quality, promoting longevity, and fostering overall wellbeing.
Practical techniques for enhancing mindset will be covered, equipping participants with actionable tools to manage periods of poor mental health and to improve their own mental wellbeing. By the end of the session, participants will gain a complete understanding of why certain mental health challenges arise and leave with the knowledge and strategies to actively start to understand and master their mindset.
