If you’re looking for a Clinical Hypnotherapist, with varied experience then you are in the right place. I would love to help you with powerful yet enjoyable therapy to help get to where you want to be.

I am both a Clinical Hypnotherapist and experienced Registered Nurse who has always had a specialist interest in the way the mind and body link. This combination of clinical nursing and therapy experience has given me a greater knowledge on the different ways we can be impacted when issues arise, and allow me to tailor the therapy accordingly.

We all have our own personal struggles and issues – it is part of being human. However, how we deal with these becomes vital to how our future looks. How do you envisage your future to be? My mission is to help you look forward, take control of your life, and whilst acknowledging that those struggles have been there, enable you to move on to fulfil a positive lifestyle.

We can work together, to help you to achieve whatever your goal may be - whether this is reducing your anxiety, improving your mood, or alleviating a fear, the sessions will be tailored to you.

You can feel rest assured that I am fully qualified, insured, accredited with both the National Council for Hypnotherapy and The Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapists, as well as achieving a Hypnotherapy in Practice Diploma. This is said to be the Gold Standard in Hypnotherapy training. I also hold a First Class Honours degree in Nursing and am registered with the NMC, and accredited by the RCN.

It's also on the border of the Lincolnshire/Cambridgeshire, making it easily accessible. Location doesn't need to be an issue tho, as if you aren't local you can have Online Therapy - this is just as effective, and yields brilliant results for those unable to attend face to face due to location or other circumstances.
