Solution Focused Hypnotherapy is an effective technique that adopts the very best elements of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychotherapy and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) to get the real you back. It's combined with deep relaxation to help you to get to the place you want to be. It's a modern form of talking therapy, which also uses positive psychology - you will leave your sessions feeling more uplifted.
